Come See Our Doll's House

Ancon is a small village located in the Ecuadorian Coast, 25 minutes from Salinas. It is the ideal location for those who want to be near a city with all commodities but in a quiet and safe area... and near the Ocean for a fraction of what would cost elsewhere.

We call it a Doll's house because it is small & very cozy. Please take your time to go through the pictures. They are not professional pics, they were taken with a Samsung cell phone, but at least they give you an idea of it.

The house has 820 sq feet of land, 328 sq feet of construction, two floors, a terrace, front and back patio and a lovely attic with balcony. The construction is made with bamboo covered with white clay, it has 2.5 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, kitchen and living/dining room.

The house was built in 2013, and all paperwork is legally registered in Santa Elena City Hall.

Ancon is located in the South of the Santa Elena Peninsula and, like all the area, is dry. However, there is running water and a good water supply all year long. Actually, like in all small villages in Ecuador, water is very inexpensive. We pay $10 a month, having a laundry machine and watering the plants daily. Also, our Electricity Bill is $20, and we have uninterrupted service 24 hours.

Ancon
Ancon is a lovely town. It has old, wooden houses, very clean and neat. People are very friendly. In Ancon you can find stores for all your basic needs. In Libertad, 20 minutes away, you can find big suepermarkets, shopping malls and a large Municipal Market with all kind of fruits, vegetables and meats. Abundant seafood, as Libertad is a big fishing port. Everything extremely inexpensive.

Who we are?
I am Gisela, originally German-Venezuelan, and in this picture I am with my beloved daughter Nikki. We are selling this house because we are moving up to the mountains to another land where we will have more space to cultivate the land.

I have built this house myself with a very talented local "maestro", and every single nail & screw in it has been put with love and intention. Guaranteed lots of good vibes here!
